Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your robot and all accessories in the original packaging to ensure the unit is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition and original components, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
